Shipping & Returns
We ship to the 48 states within the contiguous United States and Canada for Free. We will start to prepare for your shipping once the order is placed. It typically takes 10 - 20 business days for the item to be delivered. However, due to the current COVID 19 situation, the actual delivery dates may vary based on the carrier.
If there are any infections on your product, please send us an email of your problem with the product, and any proofs of the problem, such as a thorough description of the problem, a picture or a short video of the problem. Once we diagnosis your problem, we will notify you the return address through email.
We accept return within 30 days upon your receiving. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, with a note of your name, phone number and order ID on it. Please contact us before return for return shipping address
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depends on your payment method, the processing time may vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you didn't receive refund after the return is confirmed, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
